Linda Sirois, RN, CCRC
The director of our research department is Linda Sirois, a Registered Nurse and Certified Clinical Research Coordinator. She has been affiliated with Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology for the past 20 years. Linda organized our research department 14 years ago and orchestrated the first trials completed in this organization. She has extensive research experience having worked with HIV, AIDS, arthritis, pain management, allergy, asthma, and immunological disorders.
Linda has been a Certified Pollen Counter for the past 13 years. She was certified by the National Allergy Bureau and is the only certified pollen counter in the state of Arizona. This expertise further augments our ability to complete allergy trials with access to accurate daily pollen counts. Linda's pollen counts can be viewed at American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology website as well as on the Weather Channel. We are proud of the professionalism and leadership skills Linda brings to our department.
Laurie Endean, RN
Laurie Endean is new to our research department but has been with Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology for 5 years. Prior to accepting a position in research, Laurie worked as a staff R.N. providing direct patient care. Laurie's background includes an Associate's Degree in Nursing, a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Leadership, a Master's Degree in Education, and over 20 years of nursing experience. She has a strong clinical background in both pediatrics and school nursing. Laurie brings her excellent patient assessment skills, attention to detail, and pleasant personality to our research department.
Marie White
Marie White is our Regulatory Specialist. She has worked in clinical research since 1995 and joined Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology in 2001. Her research experience includes clinical trials in arthritis, asthma, dermatology, immunology and allergic conditions. Her primary responsibilities include trial reviews and document/record coordination. Marie has completed specialized training in safety regulations, blood born precautions, and protocols regarding clinical trials. Medical Research of Arizona appreciates Marie's positive energy, contagious laughter, and technical skills.
